It is one of the purposes of several pages of this website, notably, 'TAX HISTORY,' & 'A TAXING SITUATION,' to alert the understandably confused and naive viewer his/her plight under the current income tax structure and CODE. WHY SHOULD YOU SPEND your precious TIME & MONEY (the latter being your Federal Reserve Notes,) TO ENLIGHTEN YOURSELF AS TO YOUR TRUE PLIGHT AS "SERF" ~ NOT Sovereign Citizen of a state of the united States of America?
BEGINNING TO UNRAVEL THE MAZE OF OUR CURRENT PLIGHT:
It may be wise to start by reviewing THE BUCK ACT of 1940, which occurred coincidentally - shortly after the nation went BANKRUPT! Yes! Based on the UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE. You must know the implications of this type of law, in relation to COMMON LAW as well as EQUITY LAW. If you do not, using an expression like:
"Without Prejudice UCC 1-207" will mean absolutely nothing, especially if you cannot explain what it means...even though -it is one means to "BREAKING THE CHAINS OF SERFDOM!"

Find out what "ALLODIAL TITLE" means, and how securing a "LAND PATENT" may help you to protect your property, without possibly incurring property taxes. [YES, sounds incredible, but only to the uninformed;] study the origins of how land was granted in Europe; in England ~ after William the Conqueror...and how this bloody mess evolved in our own colonies and how the federal government, in effect, usurped its limited authority to create the MONSTER we have to this very day.
ASK YOURSELF A HARD QUESTION. IF YOU OWN THE LAND, WHY & TO WHOM NEEDS YOU PAY A TAX UPON IT? WHO CREATED THIS INEQUITY? HOW?

THE BIG SECRET:
If we are all under a form of tyranny, then how can anyone be successful in freeing him/herself from their yoke?
This is a good question. One answer is that ALL THE DUCKS ARE NOT YET IN PLACE FOR COMPLETE TAKEOVER (i.e. A WORLD ARMY & WORLD COURT,) so if someone gets wise to the law - in effect, those who know THE BIG SECRET must let the busy~body go who has hoisted them on their own petard (sort of speak,) until they are powerful enough to TAKEOVER EVERYTHING! This may not be an idle speculation, nor may it be too too far in the distant future to take a casual attitude toward the above situation. THIS IS A SERIOUS GAME, AND THERE ARE THOSE WHO ARE BENT ON COMPLETE CONTROL - or we would not be seeing this phenomenon unfold before our eyes. WAKE UP!

TODAY, we are in a better position, especially in light of the "WE THE PEOPLE FOUNDATION" who have professionally dismantled the smoke & mirrors of the IRS & what their CODE really speaks to. IS THE IRS LEGALLY AUTHORIZED???
An attourney by the name of Larry Becraft wrote to two different Commissioners of the IRS in 1997, Margaret Richardson & the new Charles O. Rossotti, the latter, still going strong. The letter by Becraft was filled with myriad State & Federal references, STRONGLY SUGGESTING to the Commissioner that there was no ostensible evidence THAT:
(1) Congress ever enacted a Bureau of Internal Revenue OR Internal Revenue Service....
(2) But that it did create an 'Office of Commissioner' in 1862
(3) And strongly pointed out to the commissioner that whether it be Federal or State level, an OFFICE must be created either be State Constitution OR by some legislatuive act!
Becraft asked for a "citation of any statute which really did create the IRS" and he wanted an answer within 20 days of the letter [both in 19997;] AS OF THIS WRITING IN 2002, LARRY BECRAFT IS STILL WAITING FOR THE ANSWER!
AND LASTLY, A WORD OR TWO ABOUT THE SOCIAL SECURITY SYSTEM:

THE HEART OF THE MATTER: TAXING LIABILITY FOR 'NONRESIDENT ALIENS'(possibly YOU [!] if you are a sovereign citizen of the 50 states of the united States; ARE YOU WITH ME?
TO BE TRULY FREE as a citizen OUTSIDE OF FEDERAL JURISDICTION, you MUST FILE A W-8 form with your EMPLOYER, YOUR BANK, or any FINANCIAL INSTITUTION of which you do business. THIS IS SIMPLE FACT!
YOUR LIABILITY as a NONRESIDENT ALIEN is found under 871(a) & 871(b) in the Code. Simply put it states:
871(a) that there is a 30% tax on NONRESIDENT ALIENS (you & me,perhaps,) from amounts received ONLY from sources within the [DISTRICT] United States.
871(b) Imposes "garaduated" tax on income which is effectively connected with trade or business (as federal government employees) within the [DISTRICT] United States.
TRANSLATION:::A NONRESIDENT ALIEN WHO HAS NO INCOME FROM SOURCES WITHIN THE [DISTRICT] UNITED STATES HAS NO TAX LIABILITY UNDER IRC SUBTITLE A, 871 (a) or (b)!!!!!!!!!!
CAVEAT (WARNING!):::Before submitting a W-8 form with your employer, please educate yourself properly, and secure professional help in securing your potential rights as a NONRESIDENT ALIEN. [ONLY A FOOL HAS HIMSELF AS A CLIENT!]
AND LASTLY, A WORD OR TWO ABOUT SOCIAL SECURITY THAT I HEARD THROUGH THE GRAPEVINE; like the IRS scam, it also is built on a very questionalble foundation, of which it may be worth investigating....SUCH AS?
SUCH AS (a) it is not a separate law, but is simply an additional income tax;(cf. Chapter 21 of the IRC)
(b) THERE IS NO TRUST FUND!
(c) it is just as "voluntary" as the Internal Revenue Code.
(d) Since "income" was never truly defined in the IRC, where Section 61 uses the same word in defining itself [?] then, this whole section is built on sand!
(e) The money is used on useless projects, so IN EFFECT, it becomes a sort of swindle!?!
(f) even if it was on the up & up, it is a regressive tax that hurts the poor people of the country ~ WHO ARE ALREADY BEING SWINDLED BY THE INCOME TAX SCAM!!!
